Super Mario- Fathers Day... with some cramping-Part 2

My own Mom placed this order- And we brainstormed and came up with this awesome idea for my Fathers cake!

The cake is a cherry chocolate chip cake with vanilla buttercream....and it is unreal! Has to be the best tasting moist cake I ever had in my entire life..
See the Man Eating Plants? That is made from rice crispy treats!
I had to add Mario In there somewhere!
I am also thinking Fathers Day may come for the Hubs early! I am pretty sure these cramps are contractions because they are progressively getting worse!!
I guess we will update tomorrow! I have another cake for this weekend for Vivian who is also expecting!

Let's Hit Another Hole! Part One

Don't you love his argyle?
I figured I would change it up a little from Laura's cake! Meghan ordered this cake for her Grandfather. It is a simple white cake with strawberry filling.
I got to use this awesome strawberry meringue recipe in it! Tasted so awesome. I really love how the marthmellow fondant is so smooth by the way. Nothing compares to it.
That Wilton fondant tastes like plastic to me (Sorry anyone who loves it lol)

So, while making this cake for Fathers Day... I started getting major cramping.
I'm also working on another Fathers Day cake- So I have to make sure I get through today!!

Teddy Hits a Hole....

So, A good friend of mine, Laura, decided to order a cake from me for her husband's birthday!

He loves golf, so to go hand in hand with his gift, she wanted a cake...

And the best thing to say to a baker "Do whatever you want!"

I just love my little bear on this one!!!

A Little Fat Never Killed Anyone!

So... I did it!
I made the T-Bone Steak Cake!
See the thermometer? Its actually a fondant candle!!

I thought that putting it into the oven would add a little smile to those steak lovers! (I'll upload a pic in a while)

I added cherry compote to the bottom to resemble blood (Oh yes- I did)

Dad really loved it!

I'm already thinking of my next cake!

Love and Sprinkles!
