Kelli contacted me a few weeks ago about a Grooms cake for her Fiance... Actually... Now as of today... HUSBAND! (congratulations Kelli!!)She wated the cake to represent the two things he likes, Football and Baseball and more importantly- Yankees and Giants!
Being a grooms cake we went the traditional route with a gumpasteYankee sign (I added some tootsie roll gloves to the base...
And the same for the top. She wanted it to look like a football field with yardlines.
The baseball glove :) Yummy.
The cake was a Yellow cake mix with french vanilla. It was filled with canolli cream cheese (And it was delicious!)
