Who Says Peanut Butter and Jelly is Just for Lunch?

What about for breakfast... Lunch....Dinner... Snack....Dessert?
We introduce to you.... PB&J  cuppies!
Yes, You are seeing that correct..... Peanut butter and Jelly cupcakes!!!!!!
Mrs. Cupcake received an order for Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes for a Brunch Bridal Shower.
So, using only the finest ingredients, we created an outrageous Peanut Butter buttercream *Using only Peanut Butter Co. Peanut butter, and *Trapist Monk Jelly.

Each cupcake was topped generously with the butter cream and each cupcake was filled (As you can see) with strawberry Jelly)

We had to make extra and the family LOVED them!

Congratulations Ashley and Dave!

It's Sweet Sixteen Season!

Over the last few months we have had an uncountable number of Sweet Sixteen Cookie favors ordered.
Since they are mostly variations of the same cookie, We decided to post them all here :)

Kelsey contacted us two weeks before her S16.
She explained that her theme was Pretty In Pink, and that she would be going with the movie theme Sixteen Candals. Everyone was to wear 80's clothes etc. (I was jealous, I wanted to come!!)
So, she asked for our cake cookie as her favor in a nice pink with pearl flowers.

A week after Kelseys Sweet 16, Krista contacted us.
She wanted the same cookie to go with her "Black and White City" theme Sweet 16.
So, same design, just a different flower.... :)

Something Blue...Who say's it can't be edible?

For Sheila's shower, the bridesmaid's contacted us with a theme "Something Old... New... Borrowed and... "You got it- Blue!
So, they asked our opinion on how each table could represent that theme. They first thought a cakein the middle of the table, where each table would borrow their cakes... But that would be too confusing...
So, Mommy cupcake and I came up with these little darlings.
Vanilla cupcakes, with blueberry filling, and three simple blue flowers to represent "Past Present and Future".

The cupcakes were in clear round containers and placed with adorable poems on every guest's dish.

"J&G, everyone loved biting into the "Something Blue" cupcake and finding "Something Blue". They had espesially loved the little poem cards about the history of "Something Blue". Our Brides wedding was complete and she has not stopped talking about the cupcakes! They were an absolute HIT- not to mention...Delicious! Since we have three more occasions booked with you, we were wondering if left over's can be sent our way!lol."-Claire
