So... My first real attempt at a fondant cake!
See... I wanted to make something special for my Fiance... but once I started to get some quotes I felt like... Hey... I can do this!
So... Hubs love for Black Jack gum and Disney have been my big inspiration for this cake.
For those of you who don't know, Blackjack gum is only sold at a certan time every year. It's liccorice flaver (yuck) which happens to be his favorite! So... Here is my take... and the hubs reaction to the cake!
The cake is a vanilla pound cake on both the top and bottom with vanilla buttercream.
